She holds a masters degree and a Doctorof philosophy Degree in Management sciences (with a bias in safety management operations and modeling) as wellas a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Her lecturing career has spanned to over 15years.She has an appreciable number of scholarly publications in both local and international journals to her credit.A resource person and a management consultant of many years standing is married with children.
