Biography

Following her graduation from Ä°stanbul University Law Faculty, Nur Kaman started to work as a research assistant in administrative law at Marmara University Law Faculty. She pursued her graduate studies at the same University. She earned her master’s degree with her thesis entitled “Türk Orman Rejimi” (Turkish Forest Regime) and received her Ph.D. degree with her thesis “Devlet MemurluÄŸunun Sona Ermesi” (Termination of Civil Service). She became associate professor in 2012 with his study “Elektrik Piyasası Lisanslarının Tabi OlduÄŸu Hukuki Esaslar” (The Legal Regime Electricity Market Licensing Is Subject to). Her fields of study are: administrative law, administrative procedure law and energy law.
