Biography

Dr. Néstor M. Carballeira is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Chemistry, University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. His research interests includes Lipid Chemistry and Marine Natural Products: Isolation and Synthesis of New Fatty Acids of Marine Origin; New Antiplasmodial and Antifungal Lipids. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Néstor M. Carballeira is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Lipid Chemistry and Marine Natural Products: Isolation and Synthesis of New Fatty Acids of Marine Origin; New Antiplasmodial and Antifungal Lipids.
