Biography

Nokuthula Mchunu is working as lecturer in Biotechnology and Food Technology from 2006. He completed his Ph.D in Biotechnology in 2004 from Durban University.

Research Intrest

Research interest include Enzyme Technology, Fermentation, Food Microbiology, Fermentation.
