Member of Academic Council of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi (2 years, December 2013 - Dec 2015) • Member of Expert G roup for Research (IIM, Raipur) • Member of the Court of Guru Ghasid as Vishwavidyalaya (Central University), Bilaspur, Chhattisgar h nominated by Ministry of Human Resource Develop ment (MHRD), GoI (Jan 2014 – Jan 2017). This includes administrative responsibilities, patient care, clinical teaching, and academic work . Administrative responsibilities include being the CEO of the mammoth project o f developing a world class health institute, recruiting good faculty, inculcating a good work culture and persuading faculty to undertake research oriented projects to contribute to the faculty of medicine. Patient care includes management of all kinds of ENT diseases. I have a special interest in Head & Neck surgery and routinely perform onco surger y and laser surgery. My aim is to make AIIMS Raipur an institute of repute in the years to come .
