He graduated from Marmara University Law Faculty and started as research assistant at Ataturk University Erzincan Law Faculty. He has completed, his LL.M. and PhD in the Social Sciences Institute in the University of Marmara. He has taught at Cumhuriyet University and GaziosmanpaÅŸa University the courses on Constitutional and Administrative Law. His research is focused on Statehood and Human Rights.
