Biography

Neide Santos Currently working as Associate Professor IV of the Department of Genetics of the Federal University of Pernambuco. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Pernambuco and master's degree in Genetics from the Federal University of Pernambuco and a PhD in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Pernambuco. She has experience in Genetics, with emphasis on Human and Animal Cytogenetics, working mainly on the following themes: constitutional and acquired chromosomal changes, chromosome characterization in bats. Member of the Brazilian Society of Genetics.
