Biography

Dr. Naveen C. Adusumilli is currently working as Assistant Professor and Extension Economist in Louisiana State University in Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness department. He pursued Ph.D.; Agricultural Economics, Texas A&M University, 2012 M.S.; Agricultural Business and Economics, West Texas A&M University, 2007 B.S.; Systems Agriculture, N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, India, 2004. His research interests are Water Policy, Production Economics, and Natural Resource Economics etc.

Research Intrest

I have an ongoing line of research on the topic of economic evaluation of best management practices to improve water quality, soil health, and irrigation efficiency. I have a broad interest in the use of social sciences to evaluate farmers’ behavior to adoption of tools that address water quality, soil health, and water quantity management in agriculture.
