Biography

Dr. Natesh Parashurama pursuit his Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1994. He carried out his Master degree in Medicine from UB School of Medicine and Biomedical Science. He then pursuit his Ph.D. degree in Bioengineering from Harvard Medical School, Center for Engineering in Medicine, Department of Surgery and in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University. He started his career as Internship and Resident, General Surgery from Boston University School of Medicine. He became Staff Scientist in Shiners Burns Hospital, Boston, MA. Later he entered Stanford University Department of Radiology as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and worked from 2008-2012. Then in 2012 he joined Institute of Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells, Center for Reproductive Sciences, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He became Adjunct Instructor in University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), California Institute of Regenerative Medicine (CIRM). He then became Assistant Professor in University of Buffalo Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering.
