Biography

She is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. She is also a member of South African Board of People’s Practice as a Human Resource Associate (HR IT and Administration). She has been awarded many times in her career with various awards like Dean’s list of best Master’s student in Human Resource Management (2006), Chancellor’s list of top 15% student achievers (PhD) (2012), Emerald African Management Research Fund Award (2013) & Certificate of merit for teaching excellence and innovation in University of Pretoria (2013).

Research Intrest

Her research interest is in Diversity and Gender in Management.
