Biography

I have graduated from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura with a first class pass and a gold medal for best academic performance. I have earned my Masters degree from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF), University of Wales (UOW) in the UK.I am also a passed finalist of CIMA UK. Before joining the University of Kelaniya as an academic, I have worked in various business organizations representing the apparel and banking industries both in Sri Lanka and UK. Teaching: Advanced Management Accounting Strategic Management Project Management & Financing Fundamentals of Information Technology Managerial Economics.

Research Intrest

Management Accounting, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Behavioural finance, Capital structure and leverage, Firm ownership structures and firm performance and risk management efficiency at banks.
