Biography

Dr. Mohammad Rasul is Professor Emeritus at department of chemical sciences in University of peshawar. he recevied his B.Sc, M.Sc Chemistry,M.Phil Chemisrtym,from University of Peshawar and Ph.D in analytical Chemistry & Post doctoral fellow from university of Cork Ireland. He also served as Visiting scientist in Arizona State , USA. he worked as assistant, associate and as professor in the department of chemistry, University of Peshawar, 1985-2008; as cHairman, department of Environmental planning and management, university of Peshawar,worked as Vice Chancellor, City University of science and Technology, University of Peshawar, 2012-2013

Research Intrest

Method development for the determination and decontamination of organic and Inorganic micro pollutants in various compartment of the environment, recycling of waste polystyrene into useful products, Solid Phase Extraction, Synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles, and Nano sensors for the detection of protein and antibodies
