Adhikari is a Scientific Advisor for the Postgraduate Office of the School of Clinical Medicine, working with undergraduate and postgraduate students She is also a Paediatrician and a registered Neonatologist. Adhikari, who has trained nurses for many years, her main focus is to address the management of mothers and babies by nurses.
