He received his Doctorate of Medicine at UAMS in 1997 and completed his Family Medicine residency at the Area Health Education Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2005. Dr. Cassat has practiced in Primary Care, as well as Musculoskeletal Medicine in Springdale, Arkansas and then Eagle and Vail, Colorado. Most recently he practiced at Arkansas Speciality Orthopedics in Little Rock. Michael Cassat, MD joined the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at UAMS on March 1, 2015.
