Biography

M.E. Hamedani Golshan was born in Isfahan, Iran, in 1964. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran in 1987, Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 1990 and Isfahan University of Technology in 1998, respectively. He is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Isfahan University of Technology. His major research interests lie in the area of power system analysis, power system dynamics, power quality, dispersed generation, FACTS and custom power, and load modeling special arc furnace modeling.
