He has received his Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Physics from Jahangirnagar University in 2009 and Master of Science in Physics from the same university in 2010. He served as a Lecturer in the Department of Physics at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) from February 06, 2011 to April 11, 2011. In April 12, 2011 Mr Kabir has joined as a faculty in the Department of Physics at Jahangirnagar University. Until now he has been holding the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Jahangirnagar University. He has published about 12 papers in peer-reviewed international, national journals and conferences. He is now on study leave and studying as a post graduate student at University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
