Biography

Prof Mary Cushman, has received her M.D., University of Vermont College of Medicine, Burlington, Vermont. Currently, she is working as Professor in department of Hematology and Oncology. She has successfully completed her Administrative responsibilities as Professor.

Research Intrest

The epidemiology of coagulation, inflammation, and other vascular-related domains in relation to etiology and pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, stroke, and venous thrombosis) and other diseases of aging. The role of disorders of coagulation in venous and arterial thrombotic disease, and the therapy of these disorders. Racial disparities, especially in stroke and venous disease. Etiologic factors in post-thrombotic syndrome and chronic venous disease.
