Biography

Dr Martin Oluba has a strong passion and excellent skills for economic and financial analysis/advice as well as management strategy design and implementation. Some of his many consulting experiences cut across several sectors of the Nigerian economy and comprise many engagements with the World Bank, European Commission (SRIP), CIDA, DFID, UNIFEM, the National Assembly, Nigeria’s National Planning Commission, Federal Ministries, many states and local governments as well as leading private organizations. In addition to these assignments, Martin has been responsible for setting up and managing processes and structures for the delivery of high quality strategic advice and realization of overall corporate vision.
