Biography

Martin Anderson, M.D., M.P.H. is Associate Program Director and a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Mattel Childrens Hospital at UCLA. He is also the Director of Adolescent Medicine since 1988, and has held appointments in the schools of Public Health and Nursing. He has held leadership positions nationally (Chair, Adolescent Committee of the PACTG) and locally (Chair, Committee of Committees at UCLA). Dr. Anderson is the Medical Director of the San Fernando High School Teen Clinic. He has authored several book chapters and articles on adolescent medicine. He has been a consultant to RAND on developing quality improvement guidelines for adolescents.
