Biography

Marinêz Isaac Marques holds a bachelor's degree in Sciences with a degree in Biology from the Federal University of Mato Grosso , a master's degree and a doctorate in Biological Sciences (Entomology) from the Federal University of Paraná. She was a Pro-Rector of the Federal University of Mato Grosso and Coordinator of Expansion of the UFMT Graduate, besides being a professor of the Postgraduate Program in Ecology and Biodiversity Conservation. Coordinator of the research group in the area of ​​taxonomy and ecology of terrestrial and aquatic arthropods in flood environments with emphasis on insects, mainly addressing aspects of vertical stratification and the effects of seasonal flooding on the composition and structure of these communities, working mainly on the following topics : marshland, diversity, arthropods. Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Zoology (PPGZOO) of the Federal University of Mato Grosso.
