Biography

Comet graduated from China University of Geosciences (Beijing), University of Hong Kong (hydrogeology). Working at the University of Hong Kong for four years. Associate Professor, School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology. The main research directions are saturated - unsaturated flow, water - gas two - phase flow, solute transport numerical simulation, and groundwater response to climate change. In the field of water resources or the top academic journals published more than 20 papers. Has long been a reviewer of several academic journals in the field of water resources, including Water Resources Research, Earth and Planetary Science Letters, Geophysical Research Letters, Groundwater, Vadose Zone Journal. He is currently the Deputy Director of the International Journal of Water Resources. Scholarships for the AXA Research Fund in 2014.

Research Intrest

1) Saturated-unsaturated flow and water-gas two-phase flow parameter model 2) Saturated-unsaturated flow and water vapor two-phase flow test and numerical simulation 3) Porous media solute transport numerical simulation 4) Groundwater response to climate change
