Zaidi View MoreMarián Giba, PhD. Is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. PhD dissertation was defended in 2010 at the Panthéon-Assas University in Paris, the successor university of the Sorbonne. Currently, he works as a lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Law Faculty of Comenius University. In his scientific and pedagogical work he focuses on the area of ​​constitutional law at home and abroad. He is the author of several home and foreign professional and scientific publications, co-author of several textbooks, and is involved in several research projects. He is a member of the French Association of Constitutional Law (AFDC). Professional consultations in the constitutional area provide several representative offices in Slovakia. In 2011, he was a member of the Working Group of the Ministry of Interior on the Recodification of Electoral Law.
