Biography

Maheswaran Mani obtained Ph.D. from Justus Liebig University Germany. He currently holds as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology, School of Life Sciences at Pondicherry University. She has 8 years of research experience. She has been Awarded Post Doctoral Fellowship from Stanford University, USA, Sep 2006-August 2011.; Magna cum laude (Very good grade) in PhD; PhD fellowship from German research foundation (DFG), March 2004 – February 2006; PhD fellowship from International Quality Network (Biochemistry of Nucleic acid), sponsored by German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) June 2002 – February 2004; Awarded Ramesh Kumar Prize by the American College, Madurai, for best student, February 1999.
