Mahesh Agnihotri has had a wide range of exposures in his professional career from the industry to academic arena. He did his M.Phil. In commerce in 1988, on the topic "Absenteeism in Regional workshop, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation," in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh , a large organization in Hyderabad, in India. His Ph.D. thesis was on the topic "Problems and Prospects of Handloom Industry in India, (A comparative study of the two Apex organizations of the states of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu- 7th Five year Plan) in the year 1999. With over three decades of teaching experience, Dr Mahesh began his teaching career in the year 1979 in Hyderabad, before moving to Oman in the year 2002. Now working as an Associate professor in Accounting and Finance since 2011. Has been teaching both under graduate and post graduate students in India and Oman.
He is a strong believer in motivational learning environment, participating in international conferences
