M Vlcek has completed his PhD from Institute of Chemical Technology, Pardubice, Czechoslovakia. Presently, he is the Professor and Director of Center of Materials and Nanotechnologies at University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. He was also a Visiting Professor at Lehigh University, USA.
