Dr. White received his Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida. He is a two-time Fulbright Scholar and award winning teacher. He has extensive experience in international education with particular expertise in Taiwan. He is an accomplished international consultant and author. His international consulting experience includes steel, petrochemical, food production and health care systems. Domestically, he has consulted with aerospace, health care, and government organizations. His research is published in The Academy of Management Review, The Journal of Organizational Change Management, Human Relations, The Human Resource Development Quarterly, The International Journal of Organizational Analysis, The Training and Development Journal, The Journal of Business Ethics, Personnel Psychology, and The International Journal of Organization Theory and Behavior. His book, Professional Ethics and Practice in Organizational Development: A Systematic Analysis of Issues, Alternatives, and Approaches, was recognized for its contributions to the field of Organizational Development by the American Society of Training and Development. He is currently Professor of Management, at the University of Houston Clear Lake and Visiting Professor of Management at National Dong Hwa University, Hualien Taiwan, R.O.C.
