KwanMyung Kim is an associate professor at Graduate School of Creative Design Engineering UNIST and a director of Integration and Innovation Design Lab (IID). He recieved his Bachelor's, Master's and PhD Degrees in Industrial Design from KAIST, Daejeon South Korea. With 14 years of industry experience, he intends to bring practical knowledge on design and design engineering in academic research. He is interested in combining and generating design and engineering knowledge that lead innovative and practical outcomes through design research. Currently, his research interests include design-integrated innovation, innovative product development, and integrated design process.
