Prof. Ki Ho Park is Professor and Chairman of Ophthalmology, Seoul National University. He serves in many eye journals: associate editor of “Journal of Glaucoma”; section editor of "British Journal of Ophthalmology" and "Japanese Journal of Ophthalmology"; editorial board member of "Asian Journal of Ophthalmology", "Korean Journal of Ophthalmology", and "Taiwan Journal of Ophthalmology", etc. He is Board of Governor of World Glaucoma Association (WGA), Secretary of “Glaucoma Research Society (GRS)”, Board Member of Asia Pacific Glaucoma Society (APGS), and Secretary General of Asian Angle Closure Glaucoma Club (AACGC). Dr. Ki Ho Park is appointed as Congress Chair of 2018 Asia Pacific Glaucoma Congress (APGC). He was Secretary General and Co-chair of South East Asian Glaucoma Interest Group (SEAGIG) Meeting and AACGC Meeting (2008, Seoul, Korea) Organizing Committee. He was awardee of "AAO Achievement Award (2012)", "APAO Achievement Award (2012)", "APAO Distinguished Service Award (2005)", and "Jules Stein Eye Institute Laboratory Research Award (2000). Dr. Ki Ho Park has published more than 200 papers in international peer reviewed SCI journals. He was Editor of 'Atlas of Angle Closure Glaucoma' (2010) and Associate Editor of 'Angle Closure Glaucoma' (2007). His research interest includes risk factors of glaucoma, RNFL and ganglion cell imaging, normal-tension glaucoma, angle-closure glaucoma, and neuroprotection. Lastly, he is current President of Korean Glaucoma Society.
