Biography

"Professor Kevin is a Clinical Professor of the Surgery Department at the Penang Medical College. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Sydney, Australia in 1983. After his internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney, Australia he was the Resident Medical Officer at Camden Hospital, Australia. Prof Kevin also an advisor at the Society of Surgeon, Penang and President of the Vascular Society of Malaysia. He obtained his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow and Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in 1987. He continued his service as a Registrar from the year of 1990 until 1997 in Australia & Ireland, before he returned to Malaysia, where he served as a Consultant Surgeon at University Putra Malaysia in 1998. Professor Kevin started his career at Penang Medical College as Associate Professor of Surgery in 2001 and continued as Clinical Professor of Surgery from year 2009 until the present time. Prof Kevin has more than 20 years of teaching experience and he also acts as the external examiner at University Putra Malaysia. He is also active in research and is published extensively."
