Ken begins his 29th year as a faculty member in the School of Business Administration at Gonzaga University in the fall of 2014. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management and human resource management. After transferring from Los Angeles Harbor Junior College Ken played two years of basketball at Gonzaga University where he received his his B.B.Ad. (1981) and M.B.A. (1982). He earned his Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Nebraska (1988). Ken has co-authored articles appearing in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, and Organizational Dynamics. He has extensive consulting experience, particularly in the areas of negotiation, arbitration and employment law. He served as Associate Dean of the School of Business Administration from June 2009 to May 2013 and was Acting Dean during the fall 2012 semester. He was appointed Interim Dean effective January 1, 2014.
