Prof. KazımoÄŸlu was born in 1968 in Gaziantep, where he completed his primary and secondary education. After graduating from Çukurova University Medical School in 1990 he worked for a while in the cardiovascular surgery clinic at 19 Mayıs University Medical school as an intern. From 1994 to 1999 he completed his specialty training in urology at the 9 Eylül University Medical School and, after working in the same department for a while, he started working at the private Sani KonukoÄŸlu Hospital in 2011. Prof. KazımoÄŸlu undertook further training in laparoscopic urology from 2007 to 2008, percutaneous urology surgery in 2010, and one-to-one laparoscopic surgery training in 2011. In 2015 he was appointed assistant professor of urology at SANKO University Medical School. Prof. KazımoÄŸlu, who has 2 children, is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, Turkish Association of Urology, Endurology Society, Turkish Society of Andrology, Aegean Urological Society, Southeast Anatolia Urology Society, and the European Association of Urology.
