Biography

Katrin Laikoja is Lecturer in food safety, milk technology.She is also Member on organizing committee of the annual scientific conference "Healty Animal, Healthy Food", since 2013, Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science (Estonian University of Life Science).

Research interest include food safety, milk technology.
