He completed his MS at Ohio State University Materials Science and Engineering and his PhD at Case Western Reserve University Materials Science and Engineering. He worked in semi-conductor industry in the USA. He served at Universities as Delaware and Frostburg. His areas of interest are nanotechnology, semiconductor nanowire production, analysis, energy and sensor applications, electronic materials, renewable energy resources.
