The Kanakis Leledakis studied at NTU and the London School of Economics. He has taught at the University of Crete and since 2000 is Assistant Professor at the Panteion University, Department of Social Policy. His research interests focus on the field of social theory and, in particular, on the relationship between the individual and society. He is the author of Society and Psyche (Berg, 1995) and articles in Greek and international journals.
