Dr, Kadir ErtoÄŸral, had received his PhD. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University (USA)(2001). He had worked as Assistant Professor in king Fahd University (Saudi Arabia), as Research Engineer at Enterprise Research Center (USA.
