Juraj Hamuľák, PhD. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava. In 2009 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of constitutional law on "Constitutional system of the Slovak Republic and perspectives of its development in terms of membership in the European Union." Since 2009 he works as researcher at the Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law at the Comenius University in Bratislava , In several forms of pedagogical process. As part of his scientific work is devoted to current issues of labor legislation, the issue of youth employment, collective labor relations, and their strike within the law. He is currently a researcher on several scientific grant assignments. He is the author of textbooks from labor law, scientific articles published in domestic and foreign scientific journals, As well as contributions from conferences from Slovakia and Czech. At the same time, he is the compiler of the proceedings of various scientific conferences organized by the Faculty of Law. As co-organizer was involved in the preparation and organization of the International Conference of PhD students and young scientists called "Milestones of law in Central Europe", which is annually organized by the Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava under the auspices of the Faculty. Within the academic authorities of the Faculty of Law, he served as member of the Board and President of the Academic Senate, and Chairman of the Audit Commission, since March 2015 the head of the Department of labor law and social security law. As co-organizer was involved in the preparation and organization of the International Conference of PhD students and young scientists called "Milestones of law in Central Europe", which is annually organized by the Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava under the auspices of the Faculty. Within the academic authorities of the Faculty of Law, he served as member of the Board and President of the Academic Senate, and Chairman of the Audit Commission, since March 2015 the head of the Department of labor law and social security law. As a co-organizer, she was involved in the preparation and organization of an international conference of doctoral students and young scientists entitled "Laws of the Central European Space" organized by the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Bratislava under the auspices of the Dean of the Faculty. Within the academic bodies of the Faculty of Law, he was chairman of the Academic Senate or Chairman of the Audit Commission.
