Biography

He is a full professor of Microstructural Analysis and head of RWTH Aachen University’s Central Facility for Electron Microscopy. Since the founding of the Ernst Ruska-Centre in 2004, he has been one of the Centre’s two directors.

Research Intrest

Analytical transmission electron microscopy together with ER-C management.
