Biography

Jerry Magno Ferreira Penha holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (1990), a Master's degree in Ecology and Natural Resources from the Federal University of São Carlos and a PhD in Ecology and Natural Resources from the Federal University of São Carlos. He is currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, directing MSc and PhD students in the Postgraduate Program in Ecology and Biodiversity Conservation. Has experience in the area of ​​Ecology of populations and communities, mainly of aquatic organisms.
