Biography

Dr. West is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco, with her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. She completed a Geriatric Fellowship at UCSF and Mt. Zion Hospitals in San Francisco. She recently became a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist. She previously taught Self-Care at California Health Sciences University, College of Pharmacy, and at California Northstate University, College of Pharmacy. Dr. West is an active member of the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the California Pharmacists Association, and the California Simulation Alliance.
