Biography

Jelani Kerr received his PhD in Health Promotion, Education & Behavior from University of South Carolina Arnold School of Public Health. He has served as co-investigator on a number of grants, including three from the Canadian Institute for Health Research. Kerr is a member of the American Public Health Association and its Black Caucus of Health Workers. He also is part of the South Carolina Public Health Association and the South Carolina Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.
