Associate Professor at College of Nursing, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University- Health Sciences, Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Certificates in Women’s Health, Medical Education, & Gerontology from Chicago. Four distinguished scholar’s awards from Chicago including International Scholar and Virginia Ohlson Award. A Fulbright Scholar to New Jersey in 2007, and Transcultural Nursing Scholar in 2014 from Transcultural nursing Society, USA. Former Associate Dean Clinical Affairs in Jeddah, Head of Clinical Nursing Department, Assistant Dean for Students Affairs, and Assistant Dean for Development Affairs, the University of Jordan, Amman. Editorial Board for Transcultural Nursing Journal and Scandinavian Journal for Caring Sciences.
