Biography

Dr. Grivel's work has been centered on defining the relationship between viral phenotype and viral pathogenesis in several viral diseases, and in particular in HIV infection. He has developed several explant culture models of human tissues in which I have studied co-infections of HIV with its most common co-pathogens.

Research Intrest

The development of experimental model of human infection and the application of flow cytometric nanotechnologies technologies to the discovery of disease biomarkers.
