Biography

Dr. Jari Puttonen is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Aalto University , Finland. His research interests includes ageing mechanisms and management of (concrete) structures, steel fibre reinforced concrete, fire safety of steel structures, machine foundations and rotor dynamics, earthquake engineering, safety of nuclear facilities and BIM promoted constructability. He  is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Jari Puttonen is the member of many international affiliations. He  has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to ageing mechanisms and management of (concrete) structures, steel fibre reinforced concrete, fire safety of steel structures, machine foundations and rotor dynamics, earthquake engineering, safety of nuclear facilities and BIM promoted constructability.
