Biography

Inessa Y. Korovyakovskaya, Ph.D. is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Management at Savannah State University in Savannah, GA. Her research interests include topics on cross-cultural studies and issues of cross-cultural communication, diversity, conflict management, and teaching effectiveness. She has worked in various capacities for numerous international projects sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Department of State, Department of Education, Institute for International Education (IIE) hosted by the International Studies at Jackson State University and Mississippi Consortium for International Development (MCID) for the last 9 years. Prior to JSU, she served in a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary for two years. In addition, she has owned and operated a Subway restaurant for the last 4 years.
