Biography

Nakamura was born in Iwate, and was graduated from Nagoya University. His career in Chiba University started in 1998. His specialty is Plant Molecular Genetics and Plant Molecular Phylogeny. He got Ph. D. from Nagoya University with the thesis “Genetic studies on the origin of soybean”.

Research Intrest

Productions of stress tolerant crop and horticultural plants through the genetic engineering technologies, molecular phylogenetic studies on the speciation of crop and ornamental plants.
