Biography

He holds a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Piauí (1990), a PhD in Parasitology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2000) and a postdoctoral fellow at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation-René Rachou Research Center, where he implemented and developed proteomics projects . She was a professor at the Federal University of Piauí from 1992 to 2007, where she taught Parasitology for courses in medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, nursing, nutrition and dentistry. He also advised students of scientific initiation, coordinated Specialization in Parasitology, participated in research projects and administrative positions. She is currently a professor of parasitology at the Institute of Biological Sciences at UFMG and a member of the National Institute of Vaccine Science and Technology (INCTV). Has experience in the area of ​​Parasitology.
