Biography

Dr. Hiroshi Ikegaya has received his PhD from University of Tokyo. Currently, he is working as Professor in Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine. His research has included Forensic Microbiology, Forensic Genetics, Virtopsy, Blood typing, Anthropology, Forensic Pathology, Medical Ethics, Medical Law. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as young investigators awards from Japanese Society of Legal Medicine and Japanese Society of Criminology. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Journal of Forensic Research. He has authored several research articles.
