Biography

He has completed B.Soc.Sc Human Resource Management and BCom (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from UFH. He further did MCom Industrial Psychology from Fort Hare and PhD Industrial Psychology from UKZN. Currently he is in Department of human resource management in University of Pretoria as Senior lecturer.

Research Intrest

His research interest is in Quality of worklife and Work and organisational well-being.
