Hennie van Heerden [BSc Construction Management, BSc Hons Technology Management, MSc Technology Management (UP)] was involved as a site agent and project manager for different residential and commercial projects from 2003 to 2011. At the end of 2011, he joined SABMiller, and in 2012, he was appointed as a lecturer in the Department of Construction Economics at UP.Â
His research interest is human resources skills in the construction environment.
