Biography

In 1991-1997 done BA Russian Studies at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies and MA in History, Economics and Journalism at the Ruhr-University Bochum, 1998-2000 Research Assistant at the Federal Institute for Eastern and International Studies (BIOst) , Cologne, He is a Research Assistant at the Research Center Eastern Europe at the University of Bremen during 2000-2005. In 2002 he has got Doctorate at the Institute for Political Science at the Freie Universität Berlin
